New Knot - flygoddess - 03-21-2013 I usually use a Triple Surgeons knot for connecting tippet to leader or for tags. It works great for connecting two different materials or even different sizes, but today I tried the "SEAGUAR KNOT". Nice thing about it is how easy it is and Seaguar Fluorocarbon came up with it. Check it out: http://youtu.be/EdMhcUN2iYk [signature] Re: [flygoddess] New Knot - Highmth - 03-21-2013 I fish a lot of still water with florocarbon tippet, I will have to try it, thanks. Besides fly fishing applications, this knot would work great for adding flouro leader to deep jigging rigs as well. Been using it ever since and it is a good knot. I love it when the same knot has multiple uses, which is why I like the uni knot so much. [signature] |
