Too many? - Dryrod - 05-10-2013 [#008000]Taking stock of my fly collection before hitting the water, I've come to realize that I have several hundred flies stored in all sorts of containers. it is not that I will ever use that many for it is just that I like tying flies. FG no doubt probably has a few thousand on hand. Do you tie more flies than you need?[/#008000] [signature] Re: [Dryrod] Too many? - flygoddess - 05-10-2013
[#008000]Taking stock of my fly collection before hitting the water, I've come to realize that I have several hundred flies stored in all sorts of containers. it is not that I will ever use that many for it is just that I like tying flies. Fished the Weir and Bishop Creek system. Had tons of flies with me but only used one pattern and that was a Griffith Gnat. It caught fish so I didn't bother to change what worked. Also packed 3 rods but only used my two wt. ![]() ![]() [signature] |
