[Tongue]Im here in langdon north Dakota and have caught two fish I am not sure what they were one is a catfish but not sure what kind other kinda looks like a chub but not sure. Tthe catfish looks kinda like a mudcat but it sure has a huge mouth and was way bigger than any mudcat I have ever caught or scene before.

I would guess bullhead and pike minnow/squawfish.
Does look way bigger than any bullhead I have caught but color same as I remember.
Looks like good water and weather out there for you.

I agree that that's a black bullhead - and a pretty good size one too!

The other one is a little tougher without a clearer picture but it's definitely one of the larger species of shiner. My best guess is that it's a common shiner but there are a few species that look very similar. You might try a Google image search for "common shiner" and see if that matches what you caught.

Cool fish and thanks for sharing!
