It was a depredation permit on private land

When they start having that much problems with wild turkey, that they have depredation hunts, they are usually so thick that you can just drive down the road on the private land, see twenty to 60 birds and all you got to do is get out of the truck and shoot one[crazy]. Do the permits still cost $55?[signature]

We seen about 300 to 500 birds, but most was on or around the houses, but we found some in a farmers feed lot..The tag cost 35.00..

Wow, that is a lot of birds, no wonder they needed a depredation hunts. Good to hear the price of the permits are lower. Did you know the owner of the land, your wife hunted or did you just apply for the hunt and that is where they said to go?
