Coastal Lobster And Scallop Bisque - tubeN2 - 01-22-2004

[li]2 tablespoons butter
[li]1/2 pound scallops
[li]1 quart half and half
[li]3 drops tabasco,to taste
[li]1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
[li]1 pinch salt and pepper,to taste
[li]2 tablespoons freash chopped chives
[li]preparation:
[li]in a large pot of rapidly boiling water,cook lobster forabout 4 min.remove and cool.remove meat from clawsand tail,cut into chunks.
[li]in a heavy bottom pot,melt butter untill bubbling.add scallops and saute' about 2 min. add lobster and cook about 1 min.
[li]slowly add half and half,tobasco,and worcesterchire sauce simmer 10 min.
[li]adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.serve in heavy bottom pot and sprinkle with chives.
