But how many come through when the check stations are closed? I've been past the check station at the Oregon state line at least a dozen times and it's only been opened one time. :-( Not that I like the hassle, but it's better than having mussels.......... I hope the transport company is fined for not stopping and that the owners have to pay the state back for the decon expense.
