I am planning to head over to the Dam area this week with the boat. Anyone have any suggestions as to which ramp to use? Is the search and rescue still going on? I will give a report when I get back. Thanks.

Mustang still has some snow on it, but has been melting. Cedar Springs has been maintained during the recovery efforts. Good luck!

Depends what you're doing? Pups? Uplake through the ice, lakers are hitting 3.5in glow tubes tipped with sucker or sculpin. I haven't been open water for a couple months, but jigging using the same gear can be good. Long lining cranks is also good at times.

Trolling ain't working.
Skim ice starts just above Jarvis's. Above Skull creek it was too thick to break through with a small boat. I tried every rapala I had. Lakers have continued to elude me at the Gorge.
