Ran out to Provo this morning mainly to see if the ice was off and if the water had come up any. Water may have come up a few inches but has a long way to go. Main lake is ice free still a little around the boat ramps on the north side. The carp boats were getting ready to go out and do their netting. Fished for a couple hours. No cats, 3 crappie that were about 10.5 inches.

[#0000FF]Nice. Good to see some crappie survivors. With the higher water this spring they should get off a good spawn.
What was the depth where you were fishing?

The water was about 3 feet deep which is about a foot higher than last trip but still well below the levels of 2-3 years ago. I am hoping they get water into the lake and dont send it all downstream to the Great Salt Lake.

[#0000FF]There are many "in the know" who are predicting a "full pool" this year. We shall see. Even half a pool would be better than last year.
