I had my boat up at Mantua Friday. When we came back to the ramp about 2 PM, I noticed crawdads, lots of crawdads, in shallow water on the swim beach sand. I've never seen this before. Any ideas what caused the behavior?

AHI, almost all were big enough to eat. One walk up and back on the beach, I picked up 35. Got them in the freezer for catfish bait.
