Wiper Palooza
#1
For the first time this spring, I finally got into some Willard wipers. The afternoon started slow with only a BFC to show for several turns through freeway bay. About five PM my luck changed and I ended up boating a dozen or more in next two hours. Three times I had a fish on both rods and for the first time, managed to land a double while fishing by myself. Hopefully, this is the first of many great days on Willard this year.

Congrats on a fine outing. I got skunked on my trip up there last week. I can't open your "Double wiper" file.

I was laughing pretty good when it clicked what BFC was! I fished the Bear where it dumps into Oneida in Idaho over the weekend and hooked a BFC in the tail with a swimbait. I was all excited thinking I hooked a big walleye until I saw the scaley guy.

Nice job! Getting two wipers in all by yourself is quite a feat!

Very nice, I've burned a bunch of fuel in freeway bay so far this spring and have only found the skunk.
