Fished Mantua Friday. Water temp was 61-63 degrees. Weeds are still not up. Fished the trees and did ok... not good, just ok compared to prior years at this temp. (we may have gotten up there a little late in the morning). 6 LMB. half of the bass we caught were super aggressive, the other half were very soft, just holding the lures.
South shore was all that was fishable since the wind picked up. No bluegill sightings yet...
