I caught a bow out of there a few years back near sandy beach. It was small, slimy and the body felt way too warm for a trout. Fun surprises!

I caught a 14in rainbow that first year the hot springs were exposed
at Lincoln beach. was right in the first big hot spring.
By the way, nice video.

Nice job. I've heard of the random brown being caught near the river inlets, but don't think I've heard of a rainbow caught. If I reeled one in, I'd probably think I was still asleep.

Nice video and great narration. I watched my uncle catch a rainbow, at Lincoln Beach, in about 1960.

That's a great video! Excellent editing.
The pioneer settlers wrote about how clear UL was and all of the trout they'd see. Nice to hear that they're still around.
