Powell 6/13-17

Made it down to powell for out anniversary, lake is coming up fast, a lot of debris floating, launched out of bullfrog a lot more people than I wanted, but it was ok can always find somewhere, camped in forgotten, strippers are starting to boil, that's good times chasing them, need a lot more time there,

What about the stripers? Are they slurping? Did you get to chase them, or did you spend your whole time chasing strippers?

they where kinda inbetween slurp and full on boil, we used 2 inch swimbaits, done quite a bit of chasing, tried to find eyes had very little success, and can see boils, easy for the wife to catch, water is coming up fast, a lot of debris, found one log and broke my transducer off, no engine damage. went after bass mostly just cuz there in the shade. did see a beaver up at the end of forgotten.
chasing is fun but eats up a lot of gas
