Hello Scotty
We could probably help you out if we had some more info. Are you using leadcore, or downriggers, or planer boards, or longlining? Are you trolling with dodgers and squids? Can you keep your speed between say 1.2 and 2 mph? Do you know how deep you've been trolling? The more info we have, the better we can advise you.

I was on Strawberry this morning (strawberry side) also. Had my brother in law, his two sons (nephews) and one of the nephews fiance - so a boat load. We stacked 2 downriggers each with two poles. One side we set at 49' (stacked the other pole at 42') and the other at 45' (stacked the other pole at 38'), green dodger on the deep pole and red on the shallow pole. I don't usually use green until I get down to 40'.
We started at 0515 and were off the water at 1200 with 16 kokanee. That was limits for my guests.
We started in front of mud creek then moved over to the east wall after an early potty break. Mud creek was too crowded by then. Finally trolled back across the middle to the marina for the last one. When we hit the schools, it got pretty exciting. We had 2 doubles and 1 triple and of course mostly singles. Had to stop the boat at times to reset.
I started on the SC side back in May but have been doing better on the Strawberry side lately and some days have been better than others. Today (Saturday) was better than the 4th even with all the boats.
Unfortunately I am out of the game for a few days. I can't raise the trim. Had to leave the boat beached over by my camp until I can get it fixed. I can't recover the boat until I can get the out drive up.
