I can't login to my original account (CatchinCompany) for some reason doesn't remember my email but that beside the point.
Going up to the uintas with my wife. Does anyone have any good tent camping places that have moderate/ easy lakes to hike to and fish. Feel free to pm me. Any help is appreciated

Most of the campgrounds along the the highway accomodate tents and trailers. I would start at Trial lake and Washington Lake. Teapot and Lily are up the road about 1/3 of a mile and Lost Lake is across the road from Lily. Have fun in the cooler temps but prepare for rain in the afternoons.

If you can camp near Washington Lake or even Trial Lake, there are quite a few lakes withing a couple of miles for fishing. Tail Lake on the back side of Washington could be fun for little guys.

There are tons of places. I also like camping at Moosehorn lake. it is just barely above Mirror Lake and is a great little pond. Another one of my favorite places is up at Whitney Reservoir and just up form there is one of my favorite little fishing holes, at Beaver Lake. There is a real good dirt road up to Whitney so you do not need a pickup to get there. Also tons of stream fishing as well, not sure if you are looking for a formal campground or just a place in the trees. If you like to stream and river fish head up to Christmas Meadows, this is also a trail head up into some very pretty country. Good luck have fun, and like others have said be prepared for rain. It seams like it always rains between 2-3.
