Big Underwater Pike strikes
#1
Ever wonder what it looks like when the northern pike bite your bait. This is the video for you. It shows how a pike reacts to trolling. We were trolling for pike using a big musky crank and other Rapala crank baits near the end. This was all shot at Elk Island Lodge on Gods Lake, Manitoba, Canada. Fishing for Pike on Gods Lake can be incredible. Trolling and casting work equally well. Thank you for watching !!

Cool video, thanks for sharing it with us and the added info. Interesting how they even strike at the camera and how many times they don't get hooked when they strike. What kind of lure is the one you are using toward the end of the video?

Thank you and yeah some of those stikes felt like weeds. I always thought they all get hooked while trolling. And it was a Rapala shad rap.
