I hope I'm wrong because I don't like to be a tattle tell but I think someone may have just posted illegally kept fish

I think I know what you are referring to.
What I saw was fish, line still in their mouth having their picture taken while being out of water.
I did not see the fish dead or gutted, or in a vehicle.

I did also wonder about the pictures, but as of yet have not seen evidence of "illegal" activity.

But that's just my opinion, it is free and worth exactly that.

Because this does happen from time to time, we encourage all members to hit the Report Post button, when you see something that does not look right. Let the mods decide what action needs to be taken because in the rules, on this board, it states that posting reports or pics of illegal activity is not allowed. The mods should check it out and make the call about deleting the post or pics or leaving it, if nothing is wrong.
I saw a pic today that I too thought was illegal, so I contacted a mod and found out that I just was not seeing the pic correctly and after taking a second look, I could see the mistake I made. Not sure if it's the same report but please just contact one of the mods and let them check it out, thanks.

I didn't see any, I think you are reading too much into the pictures.

Not sure if you are referring to the fish I caught at Strawberry from the shore on 9/29, but just in case you are, all fish were released safely and quickly. I slide them up on shore and it takes only seconds to pull out my phone, snap the picture and then move quickly to release them.

The only fish I ever keep at Strawberry anymore are Kokanee.

Just wanted to clarify in case you were thinking that I took home some slot cutthroats. Even the 22"+ cutts I put back.

Perhaps I should have made that clear, or maybe I am not what you were talking about, just wanted to be sure.

I think your photo editing and putting all four pics in one may have made folks think you had them all on the bank at the same time leading them to believe you had kept them, but on closer inspection it's easy to see four separate photos merged into one. Nice job by the way that helps save space on the website. Thanks J

Assumption is never good. The picture in question is clearly a pic of 4 different fish, anyone could see this. Did he say he kept them? No. So the back seat Jr Fish cops jump right on in with stupid assumptions. Take a breath people, take a breath.
