For years I've been using the excalibur silver thread on all my ice rods. It has been hands down the best line I've used for ice fishing especially. Ive recently run my 3000yd spool empty and am now having a hard time finding it anywhere online aside from a few 4lb spools. It seems as though silver thread may have stopped their Excalibur series. Can anyone confirm if that's the case or if they maybe switched to a new name, or otherwise where I can get a bulk spool of the 6lb?

[#0000FF]I too have used Silver Thread Excalibur for quite a few years. Good stuff. But these days I spool most of my reels with Nanofil and only use the Excalibur for leaders. Great combo. It is getting harder to find.
I got my last spools from LURENET
Since I use it only for leaders I don't use as much. I have an almost full spool of 6# I can make you a deal on. Lists for about $37 for 3000 yds. I have only used maybe a couple hundred yards, for top shotting. It's yours for $20 if you want it.

There is a 3000 yard spool on eBay, 6 pound test. $39.00 plus shipping.
