Kokanee in Summer

Hi all, planning on fishing the Spokane area with a friend.
I'm from Utah and best summer time fishing is July
Are you guys about the same time frame.

Hey there.
I'll be honest, I only kokanee fish through the ice so I'm far from the best person to answer your question, but I do know a bit about the kokanee fishing in Lake Roosevelt. Not sure where near Spokane you're planning on fishing, but there's some really big kokanee in Lake Roosevelt if that's what you're looking for. As for timing, from what I've seen the most fish are reported caught somewhere in late spring to early summer depending on the year. Though I haven't done it myself. Just going on what I've heard from others.

Roosevelt is one target I believe, the other is the lake above Lake Coeur d'Alene.
