Bear Lake Anvil?

I heard today that some guys were doing ok at Anvil on bear lake. Have any of you guys heard of an Anvil bay, draw, cove, at Bear Lake? I have heard of Anvil draw at the Gorge. If so where is it and how do you get there?

Howdy, I have fished Bear lake for 18 years and have never heard of the anvil. Not to say that this isn't a pet name of a location there. I have several names known only to myself and my fishing buddies about different locations on the lake.[cool]

I have never heard of a cove or spot at Bear called anvil?? Could be a private name. let us know if there was confusion or a spot we need to share!

It was nice to meet you and BLM at the bear. We only caught white fish and one sucker after you left. The 2 guys in the black tent that sat west of us about 40 yards said they had a large mack up to the hole but the guy was too excited and tried to horse it through and the line broke. We only stayed about a half hour after you left. I'm heading to rockport monday if any of you are in the area. I'll have my radio on. (if I remember)[]
