Jordanelle 3/31 Thread
#1
Had a fun - but skunky day on Jordanelle today.

Big win was having the boat fire up flawlessly after its winter rest! Trolled around for Kokes early morning, followed by drop shotting tube jigs near the trees by the dam for browns. Neither produced.

Another anger reported putting 4 kokes on the boat yesterday and 1 this morning.

Wind kicked up around 11 or 12 - so I put the boat on the trailer.

Decided to fish the middle provo on the drive home. Produced a very small but pretty brown.

Good luck out there!

*Edit - meant to say there was probably many of you all out there - let us know how you did!

it sure can - just wasn't throwing what they wanted that day.

on a side note - while trolling around the only large arcs I graphed were at 80-90 ft. didn't think anything would be THAT far down this time of year. Anyone else see the same thing?

I was seeing some big arcs around 170 as well, pretty crazy.

[#800000]Yep, saw the same thing on Friday. Marked a lot of fish at 80 feet and deeper. Had 4 hook-ups at 10 to 25 feet and never saw a mark on the sonar at those shallower depths. I ran one line at 75 feet for an hour and never had a taker. Hopefully, when I get back up there in May, things will have improved.[/#800000]
