Fished the harbor at Lindon Marina Saturday. No luck for walleye or cats. Finally caught a few white bass on small hooks and ~ 1" of worm. Only saw one other caught, on a black and chartreuse curly-tail fished shallow under a bobber near shore. Ours were caught on the bottom also fairly close in, in about 4' of water. We caught 1/2 fish per hour per person.[bobsleeping] Better than a skunk. Was fun to relax in the warm sun with my jacket off.

Sounds like a pretty good day. It’s nice you were able to soak up some sun and get the boat wet. I believe TubeDude reported he had to move to deeper water to catch the cats. Just as it goes from 4 to 6’ made a big difference. I haven’t fished Lindon harbor area yet but that’s on my bucket list. This weekend is going to be better weather as we get a warm spell for a couple days. I’m hoping to get out and see if the fish got scared off from the storm or if they’ll be basking in the 70 degree days. I’m shooting for Saturday if your interested.

There will be fish to be caught this weekend, whether I find them or not... That will be the question... Seems like they have spread out a bunch lately up my way... at one point they were congregated and thick and action was fast... Now it's really slow and hard to find the big ones... Good luck... J
