Soldier Creek is wide open but strawberry still has lots of ice. Was up there yesterday fishing from the bank. there was plenty of places to fish from the bank the ice was still shifting and blowing around so I would not launch on the berry

Copy Paste of email received yesterday from the Strawberry Anglers Association

Hello Strawberry Family,

As most of you have heard, ice is off and we have started putting docks in. Depending on which Marina your Boat/Trailer is, below is a list of the progress of each marina, and what you can expect:

Aspen Grove Marina: Docks are in the water, and ready to go. You are welcome to bring up your boats and put them in their slips. The store won't be open until Memorial Day Weekend. If you want your passes before then, you will need to pick them up from Strawberry Bay Marina. Those passes will be available for pick up after [#222222]May 4th[/#222222].

Strawberry Bay Marina: Ice just came off of the Strawberry side yesterday, April 25th. You can expect to see the docks in the water and ready for boats in about 2-3 weeks. If you are wanting to pick up passes, those will be available for pick up after [#222222]May 4th[/#222222].

EXCITING NEWS! We have started our new indoor storage building and are on track to have it finished this fall. With that being said, we have very limited storage for empty boat trailers this season. Also, if you have any sort of equipment in Dry Storage at Strawberry currently, could you kindly email us back and let us know what you have up there? We are trying to organize Dry Storage and that would help us out significantly.

We are excited to welcome you all back for this 2018 season! It looks like it's going to be a great year. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns, we are happy to help.

Seen you soon,
