We found out there were many boats on the lake from the Costa FLW tournament & the river was down some so we we put in on Hixson side, the water was moving fast but it turned out to be a good thing, we found fish on the current breaks, mainly spots, but my first fish was a small mouth about 2 lbs, I caught 7 total missed several, but all of mine were keepers except for 1, I caught 2 4 lbers 1 large mouth & 1 spot all on shaky head worm! My brother though caught over 20 some on spinnerbait some on crankbait & mostly on a worm! We fished from 8am to 2pm I had to leave, but that's when the bite died down anyway!
