We hit the water late Friday afternoon trying to rule out water for Saturday. Gorgeous day as we headed to s shallow flat next to a spawning cove. On the 3-4th cast we caught a largemouth which made us think we might have been onto something. SPent the next two hours and caught only three bass. Lots of small taps on plastic, but boated the 4 total fish with the largest hitting 2.5 pounds. two fish caught on plastics, other two on squarebill.
