Repeat of Facebook post, but sounds like they caught Cisco today. They didn’t say if it was on the Rock pile or a beach but said they caught some today. Later Jeff
When things get stressful think I'll go fish'en and worry about it tomorrow!

Rockpile only so far. LOTS of ice and people are using boats to break through it 3/4"-1". Fiberglass boats NOT recommended. Launch at Rainbow Cove or 1st Point Marina is totally locked in on the outside lake with several inches of ice.

Hey Scott, do you think there will be enough ice to get on and dip net cisco? If there is an inch another night could put us at 2" and that will hold on shallow water... Just curious that might be fun Later J

HIGHLY doubt it.  There is just too much open water and its supposed to be 55F on Sunday and Monday.  Plus the storm on Fri/Sat will likely have wind which will make short-order of the existing ice.

Talked to Mike tonight and he said it was pretty windy up there tonight, so likely no ice there tomorrow, plus noone has seen any fish into the beach yet... My family decided against making the trip tomorrow... Thanks for your thoughts Scott... later Jeff
