Echo and more
#1
Had around 12 student anglers at Echo last week. Planned to test out some Tubedude Hothead jigs. We fished our hearts out with Pats stuff and a bunch of mine. Just was not our day. Had a few bites. One on that got off but pretty dead. Talked to a couple boats. Similar reports. Was hoping for Walleye but nope. But it should heat up soon so we can test Pat's donations. I did see they dumped a bunch of rainbows in Rockport if you have kids that need a bite.

Pineview is on my mind. Hearing some good reports.

On a differnt note...attached is a fun video we just did with our nieces and nephews and a celluar trail camera. Fun toy.

Remember: keep the lid on the worms, share your jerky, and stop by to say hi to Cookie and the Cowboy-Pirate crew

Saw a video on Facebook. DWR dumped 8000 catchable in Rockport this past week.

That's a lot of wildlife in your video, thanks for sharing it. Too bad the catching wasn't better at Echo. If you make it up to PV, I hope your troop does better.

Jon and I did both RP and Echo about 10 days ago. Still editing video. Got perch and some nice trout at RP, but slower than last fall. Trout were biting better at Echo. One "fisherman" even caught the trout we released
