Looking for a piece of stainless steel or aluminum

Working on my boat, I decided to remove this pole holder, that was used to pull float tubes or maybe skiers. This is what I'm removing and I'd like to find a piece of Stainless steel or aluminum to cover the hole, anyone have an Idea where I could find a piece, about 7 x 7"
