Otter Creek

All I can say is it was very slow. Landed two bows and got broke off by a tank of a rainbow. It jumped four times so got a good look before line parted. All on flicker shads. Didn't mark fish anywhere. Only one other boat out fishing. Park attendant told me fishing has been very slow for weeks. Water levels were down ten feet and water was being released at a good clip. Heading back north to finish out Koke season and chase eyes on DC.

We suffered the same lack of success back in June.  VERY disappointing.   Sad
