Jordan River (SUN.)
#1
I didn't end up going last friday night but I went sunday about 2:pm. Started fishing the west side of the river around 2700S. tried an assortment of jigs and lures with no bites.I tried some worms and then bread dough, nothing. This went on as the day dwindeld away and I hiked further up the river. I then I decided to stay at a spot I really liked and stick it out till dark.I then finally got some action about an hour before sun set. I got alot of small bites followed by big jerks, misses and snags. Finnaly caught one small channel 12" on worms. I then decided to go because I was out of worms it was getting dark ( I had no flashlight) and the Jordan had taken about 10 hooks and every large sinker in my tackle box. I still had an ok time and at least I did'nt get skunked.

Thanks for the report, it sounds like this warm water is starting to get the fish in the mood but it sure isn't fast. Let's hope things change by this week end. Better luck to you on your next outing. WH2
