Last fishin trip for two years

this friday will be my last fishing trip for two years. i leave on an lds mission in one week. actually next wednesday. i am really lookin to go some place and do well. where is the best place to go to catch some big trout. maybe even spawning rainbows. what is lookin good for open water. i want to end on an awesome note.

[cool]Hey good luck fishin', and more importantly, good luck on your mission. My brother in law got to shore fish sometimes on p-day. He was in the St. Louis Mission. Maybe you'll get to also. Where is your call too?

As for fishin' for some nice trout, I'd go to Jordanelle on the Rock Cliff side, and use powerbait-either rainbow or limetwist if you are shore fishin'. If you use worms, you'll probably just get little 2 inch perch. Course, you could use one of those for bait for a big brown or rainbow. Good luck jr8fish!!

Whats wrong with your hot spot at the Berry????? Sounds like as of this last weekend there was still plenty of safe ice if you don't mind some slush. I need you to go and give me a report to see if I want to make one last ice trip. It was great fishing with you and Eric this winter. I wish you the best of luck the next 2 years. I agree, go up to the berry'. The open water lakes are fishing inconsistently right now. I will be there tomorrow. Good luck on your mission. It will go so fast that you won't remember that you didn't fish for 2 yrs.

[red][size 3]We had a rule in Tennessee that you could do just about anything if you had both a member and investigator with you. Went deer hunting and our group got a three-point whitetail and three baptisms. First time I ever went warm water fishing and had battered catfish, bass and hushpuppies with greens also.
