well, i didn't make it to willard, but i did go to rockcliff. we stripped olive with flash woolybuggers. only a few rainbows were caught. i guess i'm going to have to wait a few more weeks for the rainbows to spawn.

i was really impressed with how well that area is maintained. i don't even mind paying the $9...

Where you out in a float tube ? I would think that the rainbows would be spawning there . I do best over by the river channel when I have fished it this time of year .

unfortunately i was not in a float tube! we were on foot. next saturday or sunday i am taking a pontoon for sure.
