Did any BFT members bring home any money last weekend from the derby? How was fishing up there in general havent seen any reports.

I was on the gorge sunday wasn't in the derby,got blowed off the water about noon.One thing i dont like about derby's is it seems to bring out the crazies i almost got into a fist fight at the ramp with a poor mannered jerk.

I fished friday afternoon and all day sat ( I mean ALL DAY), we had one hit the entire time, we targeted macs. The weather was perfect, pretty much calm the whole time. We graphed good fish, but I threw my whole arsenol at them and could barely get a stray to come up to take a look. I could not figure them out. I checked at the weigh in and they had a 33#, and a 31# at about 3:00. I only saw two fish get boated, almost everyone was trolling with pop gear. We luckily did not enter the derby either. I am going to try it again this weekend, sometimes it seems if I do poorly it gives me the bug to go back even worse- maybe I'm a glutton for punishment but I can think of worse punishment that the Gorge.-MM
