echo lake?

Does anyone know where there is shore fishing at echo this time of year I'm heading out there at 6 this morning so any help would be appreciated

I've never fished echo from the shore, but there are a few pullouts along the east side, or you can pay to go in the resort.

actually we couldnt find public access and i didnt want to pay 6 bucks or whatever they were charging so we went to rockport 10 fish total and the bite died off at 11 nothing of any size every thing was on spinners
