Hey T-hungry...
Your goals for the upcoming summer sounds challenging... and I do wish you luck in accomplishing as many as you can, however... you write that you hope to land a Koke at the berry on a fly-rod.. I've fished there a lot of years and have yet to hear of a Koke caught on a fly were-as Kokes don't eat flies, bugs or other game fish, and are caught via their sense of aggression. (at least as I understand it).
Maybe there are some other thoughts to help with this matter... good luck- PB

I have hooked Kokes up on the Berry on flies , jigs and spoons . It was when the spawn was starting . I found rainy days were the best but if you keep trying , you can get into them on sunny days . My biggest was a 24" male and I didn't have my camera that outing . They are a hoot on a fly rod . Most will go airborne on you .
Fish in pic was caught with a small 1/32 jig on a fly rod . That day I caught over 10 fish in about 3 hours in the rain . The jig helped in getting it to the bottom fast . You need to work it fast .
