Tomato and Fresh Ginger Salsa

[ul][li]1-1/2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped [li]3-1/4 Tbs. scallions, thinly sliced [li]3-1/4 Tbs. sweet onions, finely chopped [li]1 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped [li]1 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. rice vinegar [li]3/4 tsp. sugar [li]3/4 tsp. fish sauce, (nam pla)[/li][/ul]
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss. Cover and refrigerate.
