Made my first trip to the salt since moving here and was not sorry had a great time. Fished from 8:00 am till 2:00 and caught fish the whole time. Fished the mouth of the Ct. river using poppers, deadly dicks and jigs everything i used caught fish. Caught a whole bunch of fish here are a few pictures.[cool]

Hey Ponch, welcome to Ct. Glad you had a good day down in Saybrook. Theres a reef out about 1 mile that runs along there and goes west from bell 8. That was always our good area for blues. You got some large ones for running the river. We only got 2-3lbs a few weeks ago in Newhaven. Glad to see your up in running here. Good Fishing[Smile]
