Ice on Mabey pond

I stopped by Mabey pond in clearfield today, and it looks like the whole thing is covered with ice. I stepped on it and I didn't fall through, but I don't know the actual thickness. I'd imagine that Holmes creek is also frozen. I'll have to check that out this weekend.

Actually, I was hoping you'd come and show me where the soft spots are. I'll bring the camera[cool].

If I went, it would be more to check out the ice conditions, and I doubt that I'd be adventurous enough to try the middle. I'm chicken like that.
