I cant tell you how many ideals I have had that I let slip only to see it on the market in less that a year......[pirate]

I would sugest you start by contacting your local paten office. and if they ask you what your product is dont tell them.

you can say it is an improvement on one or it is a new idea. but nothing more.....

There's an article in the October or November 2004 (??) issue of Bassmaster magazine on inventing lures that you might want to read.
