You guys crack me up. It wasn't a farmer at all it is a big corp. They have been there for years and the govt is once again turning their backs on the matter. I believe about 2 years ago they started composting the chicken doo and dead birds to sell to the farmers in the area. The stink they have made along with all the flies and all night truck traffic is unbareable for the locals. But they can't even get anything done about it. I think they should have the book thrown at them, but time will tell.
