I am planning a trip on May 9th to Flaming Gorge. We want to target the Kokes and I have heard you are the expert. I came by your booth at the Expo to talk gear but kept missing you.

I bought some Shasta hardware and I wanted to know from you how to fish it. I have the smaller shasta blades and they don't seem to have the same eratic motion that the big blade had on your video. How can I get the blades to wobble more? Is it your opinion that the nut and hook needs to be closer to the blade for more action like in your video? I had always put the hook about 18 to 20 inches back. I can see now that does not get the blade action. What can I do to the blade to kick up the action?

Anyway, how far back from the downrigger to put your lure and how fast should we troll for those kokes. Last time we were up then at Anvil all we caught we small macs and no kokes. Thanks for the help
