Stood on 20" of ice this afternoon . Fished from 4:00pm to 10:00pm . Fishing really turned on at sunset . Not much open water except where the tribs dump in .

Not really much slush . It was soft on top but not much of a problem . 12" of softer ice on 8" of hard ice . I was fishing where the free parking was off US 40 . Closer to shore was a little watery on the ice . Not very many people there on the ice . I think I counted 5 fisherman from US 40 and that is counting Soldier Creek side too .
