I started fishing for cats on the SW corner,,used minnows and caught nothing.About 11-- I changed to rapalas and caught a wiper,,I fished until 5 and ended up with 5 wipers and lost 3 in the rocks.I seen bigbuck troll by and he had his hands full with his grandkids in his boat.I think he had a couple of fish.When I left it was a steady stream of cars and trucks heading out to the west side.P.S. dont forget the sun screen,,I look like a lobster..LOL

Thanks for your report Woodpile, sounds like a good day at Willard, better than a lot of people did. What kind of Rapalas were you using? WH2

Yes I did,,I never catch that many from shore.It seemed they came by in schools,,fish four about 2 hours and get nothing and then get
2 or 3 in the next 15 minutes,,then fish 2 hours nothing,,you get the picture.They were regular rapalas,,not the jointed or shadraps,,3-1/2inches in the green colors.
