Bountiful pond

Went out to bountiful pond on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday night. the shores were lined up shoulder to shoulder and whats worse i couldn't even get a nibble, but the weather was great and it was better than work so it was worth it. Has anyone else had any luck there lately or at clearfield pond?

You need to cast a very long cast at Bountiful Pond, to get out to the deeper water. The pond is full of Cat Fish. You just need to find them. Try minnow or other cut bait for them.

Havn't done clearfield pond, by that office complex.. atleast not this year, did last year and tended to lose more lures then catch anything.. but if your lookin for smallies, then a bobber, small hook, and piece of worm usually works for both there and at Steeds pond, though steeds I think produces a bit more bites, and is a site to watch the fish gather to see the food that's running from them..
though the little guys can get fairly quick to take the bait.. never caught anything big out of either pond.. but what do you expect...
