Well Pop got his first fluke of the year in the CT. river. A 23 1/2" caught on a Plastic minnow as he calls them. Stripers are good at the mouth as well.[

Yes stripers are hitting in the mouth of ct. river. I went out Weds. and Thurs. and caught fish both days. 12 on Weds. with 5 keepers and 7 on Thurs. with 3 keepers. Biggest being 32", caught on 7" FinS pearl fished very fast all were caught shallow on the outgoing tide.[cool]

Great pics. Poncho. Glad to see the river is starting to get hot again. Pop was fishing for stripers and landed the fluke. I think he was useing finn-s or superfluke when he got the fluke. I'll be out there next month. Trying for both with him.
