It's run-off big time. The water was chocolate coloured. The trout were brown. The weather was clear and dry - so was the road. Saw a number of people trolling the lake and in pontoons. But I don't know how they were doing. I used small spinners, jigs, nymphs and San Juan worms. Because of run-off, the fishing was not fast, but acceptable considering - besides it was nice to get the hounds in the water and out in the field again. All in all, a great weekend to be out fishing.
