Fish recipies????

I had a link at one time to some good batter fish.....

Im not much of a batter person but anyone has a link or there own recipies please tell me.

I realy need them for the white fish... Cats, blue gill, bass, etc...

Maybe if the admins could make a stiky for the ricipies that would be awsome!!!!
