[]fished lake x today caught about 40 smallies. the biggest was a hog at 19.5 inches and about 5.5 lbs. it was no stop most of the day. water temp. was 52 when we started ended up at 56. All fish caught on tube jigs.

Where were you at Lake X? Rock Cliffs area or around by the dam? Hope this colder weather hasn't turned off the smallies. Thinking of hitting Lake X on Saturday with doggonefishin if the weather turns for the better. Thanks for the report.

[]i don't know very much about lake x but we went up the bay where the river comes in. caught some there. and on the north end where the old road was was another good spot. where there was rocky banks was the best spots. good luck. oh let your bait sit a long time.
