Took a ride over Monty found Burch Creek for the first time. I've lived in Ogden all my life & never fished it or been there. I noticed their were 2 lakes. My question is witch one do you fish, the lower or the upper lake and what to use?

Neither, both reservoirs are full now...but last year, and the year before, and the year before that, and even the year before that, the lower pond runs dry early in the summer and the upper drops VERY LOW even to the point of EMPTY going into august and september. I know before the drought you could pick up a few planter rainbows, but there is no way the've made it through the last couple years. Your best bet is to save 30 minutes of drive time and stop at Causey.
