Echo in the Morning

Dan,
We have fished Echo the last few weekends. Had the best luck trolling the dam and the west side with pop gear or perch rapalas. Last weekend they were about 30'. The fish are bigger in Echo, but the action has been faster at Rockport. Trolling popgear with a worm on the West side off the points, about 10' down. good luck!
